Overview.
Spike Coffee app is a customer loyalty app to help manage and enjoy the membership benefits. Also, to enhance the usability of the customers.
User Problem.
"There are no options for a notification setting but only to turn on or off. So I usually turn it off so I don’t get destructed by every alerts. But I get disappointed when I miss good promotions.“

BEN
Age: 32 | Occupation: Accountant
Ben works as an Accountant and he loves to enjoy the promotions of his needs as much as possible. However, he gets frustrated that it is either to turn on or off the notification on a cafe app and he misses good promotions because he turned off the notifications for he doesn’t want unnecessary alerts. He wants to selectively choose the notification for ads and promotion of his desire and not get destructed by uninterested ads at any time.

STELLA
Age: 29 | Occupation: Marketing Manager
Stella is a marketing manager with busy schedule. She feels disappointed when she goes to a cafe and notices favorite pastry that was available on the app is no longer available after her arrival. It was a low stock pastry, but she could not get any information on the app. She wants to see the inventory indicator and easily find the stores nearby through the app to save her time and effort.
